  3. Methodology to undertake the assignment
  4. Detailed Work plan - clearly indicating the timelines for undertaking the assignment
  5. Budget / Financial proposal
  6. Validity of the offer (Minimum one (1) month)
  7. Previous experience with atleast 3 references
  8. Date, stamp and signature.
