Action Against Hunger has achieved many milestones in the fight against hunger. Last year, we reached a record 20 million children and families across 46 countries. We want to share our gratitude and celebrate our supporters who make this possible.
Together, in the last year, we have:
- Reached 9.9 million people with our nutrition and health programs;
- Helped 6.2 million people access clean water, safe sanitation, and good hygiene;
- Provided mental health support to 1.2 million people;
- Supported the food security and livelihoods of 2.3 million people;
- Responded to 39 emergencies.
Helping Displaced Rohingya in Bangladesh
Together, we are helping thousands of displaced people access emergency nutrition and health services. In the last year, Action Against Hunger reached 900,000 Rohingya people with food, water, and mental health support. Learn more about our lifesaving work in Bangladesh here.
Supporting Mothers and Community Health Volunteers
You’re bringing health closer to home in Kenya and around world! With your help, we team up with community health workers and volunteers, as well as mothers and other caregivers, to train and equip them to diagnose and treat malnutrition in children -- saving parents the long trips to faraway health centers and hospitals.
