The 5th Annual db invitational FoodBall event in Copenhagen:: Scandinavia's top chefs and restaurants raise funds with a 5-a-side soccer tournament and a spectacular raffle.
From NoMA to Pädaste Manor, 17 teams will compete for the honor to win the coveted silver plate. Now in its 5th consecutive year, four countries are represented in the fun one day event. Daniel Burns started this one-day soccer tournament in 2007, when he was the Pastry Chef at NoMA in Copenhagen, Denmark.
At $10 per raffle ticket, buyers have the opportunity to win a dinner at the now-impossible-to-get-a-reservation NoMA as well as to the other restaurants partcipating in the tournament! Each restaurant is donating a dinner for two (tip not included). Please note that you do NOT have to be present to win a dinner for two. 100% of proceeds from the raffle and from food sold on the day of the event benefit Action Against Hunger's worldwide work.
