Muttur: Six years of impunity: The failure of justice in Sri Lanka

On August 4th, 2006, 17 ACF employees were summarily executed in Sri Lanka in the intensifying conflict area of Muttur and fundamental principles of justice in the investigation were disregarded by various parties involved. through this report, ACF is providing a comprehensive view of the many mechanisms which could have resulted in justice in the Muttur massacre but failed to do so. 

History Repeating Itself? Global food price volatility and its impact on malnutrition

This briefing examines whether there is a causal link or simply a correlation between malnutrition and food prices.
