PJ Wine's Grand Tasting

Grander than ever and sponsored by PJ Wine in its seventh year, the Grand Tasting 2010 features an extravaganza of superlative wines from around the world, and wine tasting workshops, at trendy City Winery in Tribeca. PJ Wine's Annual Spanish Wine Tasting | New York, NY - June 16, 2010

PJ Wine’s Annual Spanish Wine Festival offers a chance for both highly interested Spanish wine lovers and novices alike to sample the best wines of Spain in an upscale setting, accompanied by Spanish music and high quality Spanish cuisine.

The Spanish Wine Festival will showcase more than 150 Spanish wines, along with sherry and food from Spain. Over the course of the evening around 350 wine connoisseurs and Spanish wine aficionados are expected to join us for an evening of fine food and great wines.

InterCeltic Fest Noz in Times Square

BZH New York’s event takes place in New York on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at Connolly’s Times Square.  The Fest Noz’s celebration will feature 40 musicians from the 5 Celtic nations, dance sets from the different Celtic cultures and a silent auction benefitting Action Against Hunger and its Relief Efforts in Haiti  

In addition, the evening will celebrate the Celtic festival of Imbolc. Imbolc is one of the four principal festivals celebrated among Celtic peoples, either at the beginning of February or at the first local signs of Spring.

Haiti Fundraiser: Brasserie Cognac

Help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti while enjoying cocktails and light hors d'oeuvres by Executive Chef Florian V. Hugo. The proceeds of this cocktail event, hosted by the Serafina Restaurant Group, will benefit Action Against Hunger's life-saving relief efforts in Haiti. Drink tickets will be provided at the door.

Tour de Champagne comes to New York City for the first time

This fall, the National Champagne Tasting Event, Tour de Champagne, makes a stop at La.Venue in Manhattan for one evening of pairings of very select champagne with fare from some of New York’s many great restaurants.

Sherry-Lehmann will host a special Vintage Seminar prior to the start of the Tour de Champagne main event, featuring Moët Hennessy USA champagnes such as Krug, Ruinart and Dom Perignon. Only 50 seats are available for this extraordinary experience!
