Join the legendary Jacques Pepin for a star-studded cooking class at De Gustibus at Macy’s Herald Square. French Master Chefs Christian Delouvrier (La Mangeoire), Jean-Louis Dumonet (Union Club), Claude Godard (Jeanne & Gaston) , Laurent Manrique (Millésime) will put their own culinary touches on some of Jacques’ signature dishes. Jacques Pepin will work alongside the chefs as he hosts the event that will undoubtedly leave our taste buds craving more.

One decadent week where twelve participating NYC restaurants and their chefs showcase chocolate’s irresistible qualities through food and wine pairings and offer chocolate desserts.

Le Grand Fooding New York 2011 —Exquisite Corpse is a 52 hour pop-up restaurant, during which 13 chefs for all over the world will work in 4 hour shifts to bring you a wildly diverse culinary experience.

Le Grand Fooding returns to NYC! Taking place at the iconic Elizabeth Street Garden Gallery, this event promises to be spectacular.

The Campfire Session is an evening event during which music and food collide to create an experience for the senses. World-renowned chefs are paired with musical talent, and will showcase their culinary skills while live musicians perform create a not-to-be-missed gathering.

On Wednesday June 22, Action Against Hunger is hosting a breakfast presentation at the Financial Times’ New York office.

12 of New York's finest bartenders will show their skills and put together herbs, spices, fruit, and vegetables in order to create the most delicious cocktail of the evening. You sample their work as they are judged by New York's most progressive cocktail minds (Giuseppe Gonzalez, Thomas Waugh, Phil Ward, and Stephanie Moreno). The winning mixologist takes away a $2000 scholarship to the Tales of the Cocktail conference.

50% of all ticket proceeds benefit Action Against Hunger (Tsunami Relief)

Thanks to the help of Paris Gourmet, and courtesy of the International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York, Action Against Hunger will be present at the Jacob K. Javitz Center for the 4th consecutive year.

ACF is the charity of choice of the US Pastry Competition.
