Cholera Operational Positioning Paper

December, 2012

Cholera is a highly contagious yet easily preventable and treatable disease leading to around 120,000 deaths a year. It disproportionately affects immuno-compromised individuals, such as those suffering from under-nutrition. Thus, ACF is mandated to respond to cholera outbreaks. This paper aims at clarifying the nature of ACF intervention and their objectives.
