Food Aid and Alternatives to Food Aid

The objective of this book is to constitute a reference for the principles and methodology of intervention for food aid and alternatives to food aid from initial assessment to implementation and monitoring. Based upon a consolidation of experiences and investigations led over the past ten years in the field, it looks at and develops specific aspects of the different food security programs, especially the technical tools that can be used within the scope of precise projects.
