Food Aid Strategy

Food security in ACF was orignally based on the World Bank's definition in 1986: 'To ensure access and availibility of enough food of appropriate quality to all persons at all times.' Today the utilization of food is also taken into conserdation when considering food security programs and interaction with the nutrition service. This document briefly outlines ACF's Food Aid strategy in its impacts, modalities and types of interventions.
