Guest List: Best of 2011

A fan in Chicago allowed me to choose the charity that her family's annual donation would go to. I chose Action Against Hunger, having wanted to raise money for the East African famine that's been a result of the drought there. I wanted to match the donation, so I offered $5 hugs after the show. We raised $1,600. So my hat goes off to generous, spirited Chicago, that experience gave me such a feeling of hope and purpose and happiness.
