DKNY’s Big Idea on How to Smell Like a Million Bucks

This week, the model Chanel Iman will unveil the supposed first million-dollar fragrance bottle. It is a 14-karat, yellow and white gold apple-shaped bottle, an enhanced version of DKNY's Golden Delicious scent. It features 2,700 white diamonds and 183 yellow sapphires in the shape of the Manhattan skyline and 2.43-carat yellow canary diamond.

Although Mr. Katz typically loans the jewels and is paid for his design fees, should there be a buyer out there, the fragrance bottle will be available for sale on DKNY’s Facebook page. Net proceeds are to be donated to Action Against Hunger.
