PJ Wine’s Grand Wine Festival

November 18, 2011
New York, NY

The Grand Tasting is the highlight of our special events calendar. It’s a chance to not only revisit so many of the wines we have hand selected, but to meet and discuss these wines with fellow wine lovers. And for surprises? While we can’t reveal all, here is the first taste of some of the amazing bottles we will be opening:

  • 2006 Cheval Blanc
  • 2000 d’Yquem
  • 1990 Mouton-Rothschild (from magnum)
  • 1985 Haut-Brion
  • 2008 Sassicaia
  • 1952 CVNE Vina Real Gran Reserva

And to kick things off, a flight of top shelf Champagne including Krug, Dom Perignon, Cristal, and Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 1998, will also be popped. Of course, as with all PJ Wine’s major events, 100% of net revenue shall be donated to Action Against Hunger, an international network wholeheartedly committed to saving the lives of malnourished children and their families via sustainable solutions to hunger and access to safe drinking water.

The Grand Tasting is always a special evening for us and we look forward to raising a glass with you while sharing thoughts, notes, and of course, wine.

"Grand Tasting 2011 to Benefit Action Against Hunger," sponsored by PJ Wine, is an Action Against Hunger event.
