El Coto De Rioja Paella Parade

Miami’s 1st El Coto de Rioja Paella Parade launches at the 2011 Miami Film Festival. Spain’s favorite Rioja - will captivate food and wine lovers in Miami with its much-anticipated El Coto de Rioja Paella Parade celebrating Spanish cuisine and culture.
Local chefs from top restaurants will compete and showcase their unique take on Spain’s national culinary treasure: paella. Guests will indulge in a seemingly endless flow of food and wines, sampling each chef’s interpretation of the iconic dish, paired with a selection of El Coto de Rioja wines, imported by Frederick Wildman & Sons.
An esteemed judges’ panel oversees crowning the victor in categories comprising "Most Creative Paella," "Best Use of Ingredients in a Paella" and "Best Overall Taste." The top honor is the crowd's choice: the "El Coto de Rioja Paella Parade Pleaser".

The 2011 event will be benefiting Miami Dade College and Action Against Hunger | ACF-International.
