In recent years, massive floods in Pakistan have destroy the homes, livelihoods and communities of millions of people. However, with the help of the European Commission's Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection department (ECHO), Action Against Hunger is providing lifesaving much-needed humanitarian support to conflict and flood-affected populations in Kyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan.

We helped families meet immediate food needs and tackle the underlying causes of malnutrition by distributing cash grants and livestock. We also helped prevent the spread of waterborne illnesses by providing communities with safe drinking water and rebuilding critical sanitation infrastructure. Learn more about our lifesaving work in the fascinating video below.
