Here at Action Against Hunger, we are able to do our critical work fighting deadly malnutrition thanks in such large part to our generous community of friends like you. And since we couldn’t do it without you, we want to make sure you can feel extra-good about supporting us. We’re pleased to announce that earlier this month, we received word that we’ve once again received top honors from Charity Navigator, the premier independent nonprofit evaluator in the United States.

Success Six Years Running

For the sixth straight year, Charity Navigator has given ACF-USA its top rating, four-stars, for good governance and “sound fiscal management and commitment to accountability and transparency.” Charity Navigator evaluates more than 5,500 of America's largest nonprofits on a range of best practice variables. Only 3% of the nonprofits rated have received six consecutive four-star evaluations.

“Only 3% of the charities we rate have received at least 6 consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that Action Against Hunger | ACF-USA outperforms most other charities in America. This ‘exceptional’ designation from Charity Navigator differentiates Action Against Hunger | ACF-USA from its peers and demonstrates to the public it is worthy of their trust..”
