NYC Fall Foodie Events
If you're in the New York area, we've got three amazing foodie events during the month of September for you to sink your teeth into. A portion of proceeds from each of these events benefits Action Against Hunger, so tie on a bib and mix some philanthropy with fun!
- Seventh Annual Great Gathering of Chefs
The Great Gathering of Chefs celebrates the release of Alan Batt's (aka Battman) two newest cookbooks; "Salads" and "Pies". Over 150 incredible chefs come together for the Signing of the books. Guests have the opportunity to mingle with these culinary masters as they sign the books. The Tasting and Wine Pairing affords guests the chance to sample delicious cuisine from 20 of New York's finest restaurants. - Le Grand Fooding
Le Fooding is an iconic event consisting of two sessions, the Campfire Session and Exquisite Corpse. During the Campfire Session, world-renowned chefs will prepare food as guests are entertained by live music. Several famous restaurants, chefs, and musicians will be on hand to create an amazing experience. Exquisite Corpse is a 52-hour pop-up restaurant, during which 13 international chefs will work in four hour shifts to bring guests a diverse and fascinating culinary experience. Each chef will begin their first dish with one key ingredient that was featured in the previous chef's last dish, forming a creative chain of delicious meals. - Beats for Eats
Beats for Eats is a new event born of Le Comptier's love of music and desire to raise awareness surrounding the current famine and drought crisis in Somalia and the Horn of Africa. The event will consist of four separate day-long concerts featuring amazing DJs and delicious street food.
