Action Against Hunger Receives Top Charity Navigator Rating
NEW YORK, NY—Action Against Hunger has received the top rating of four stars by Charity Navigator for the fifth consecutive year, a feat accomplished by only 5 percent of the charities evaluated. The prestigious rating is awarded when an organization “exceeds industry standards and outperforms most charities in its cause,” according to the watchdog's website.
Charity Navigator strives to help donors make informed decisions by evaluating over 5,500 of America’s largest charities. Action Against Hunger ranked better than 90 percent of all the charities rated and is among the 10 most frequently viewed on the Charity Navigator website.
