Mary Taylor joined Action Against Hunger in 2014 as Director of External Relations, responsible for overseeing the agency’s private fundraising and communications activities.
Mary has twenty years of nonprofit development, communication, and programmatic experience, raising more than $30 million for various international, arts, and social service agencies. Prior to joining the agency she was Chief Development and Communications Officer at Jericho Project, a New York City homeless agency, and before that served as Major Gifts and Planned Giving Officer at International Planned Parenthood for the Western Hemisphere region.
Ms. Taylor holds a B.A. degree from Columbia College Chicago and an M.S in Nonprofit Management from The New School's Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy.
